Who are we?

ZT Miami Scout:

We are a travel baseball organization focusing on complete development of student athletes for the next level of their game. Through our training and practice, combined with player commitment, our athletes will see a difference in their game!

What Level do we play?

Our goal is to create the most competitive teams who compete against the best competition in the country. Each team will compete at their respective levels. We are not an organization that "hunts trophies". We will play our teams at levels which will challenge them and improve their game through skill development, game strategy and teamwork.

Our goal is to have teams playing at multiple levels of competition, in order to provide a baseball home for players of all talent levels, wanting to play travel baseball.

Who are our coaches?

ZT Baseball has some of the top instructors in the area, including coaches that have played college, professional, and sports specific performance training.

Mission

The mission of ZT Baseball is to provide Elite Training, at Elite Facilities, while playing in Elite Events. We strive to develop and showcase our student-athletes for the next level of their careers.

Life After baseball

There will come a time in every athlete’s future when their game ends. We want to prepare our kids not only for the game itself, but most importantly for all of their future life endeavors by instilling respect, growth, commitment, discipline and work ethic.

How does ZT Scout Work

ZT SCOUT focuses on 2 major components when constructing teams and provides a wide geographic area of practice locations, ensuring players every logistical opportunity to be part of the USA Scout program.

First, we develop players to their full potential. Players arrive into our program with completely varied skill sets and levels of potential. Our focus is to place players on teams that will further develop their potential through reps, instruction, and quality tournaments, while providing a challenging environment in which to do so. It is our goal to ensure that players are playing the right level of competition to constantly improve their game and develop their all-around, baseball skill set. We develop players into athletes.

Second, we provide the most exposure possible for our players to play at the next level, whether that be making their high school team, earning an opportunity to play at the college level, or playing at a pro level.

ZT Baseball Travel Baseball organization provides opportunities and exposure for players, while competing at the highest level, instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and honesty. We are about developing athletes to their full potential.

The coaches who make ZT Baseball possible focus on developing the skills needed for college placement, all while creating an affordable and economical option for players and their families.

Currently, the organization has over 150 teams and 150 coaches throughout Texas, California, Arizona, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina and Nevada.
